Karen Miltko has been our trusted go to person for all real estate questions since she both sold our house in Valley Forge for us in November 2007 and helped us find the perfect new house in Radnor. Now that we are considering downsizing again, she has been instrumental (and patient!) in locating and showing us possible properties. We continue to be impressed with her knowledge of the housing market and its trends.
Karen is also our family realtor. She helped our children, Owen and Liz Paradiso, purchase their first house in Manayunk in 2013, sold it for them (in 2 days) in 2017, and brokered their new perfect house in Havertown within the same time period. They too think Karen is the best!
Finally, as pleasant and charming as Karen is, when it came to negotiate the best deals for us and our children, she was determined and tough, standing strong whether we were buying or selling.
Advantage Main Line is very fortunate to have Karen Miltko in their group.
Karen displayed her adroit skills as a Realtor with two different family members. In each of these situations, Karen was astute in recognizing how best to guide these individuals toward their desired goals. Throughout an emotional process of sorting through a lifetime of memories to the final staging of their homes, and in preparation for planting the “For Sale” sign, Karen remained the consummate professional. Her empathy and ability to gently guide these two individuals throughout their journeys cannot be overstated. The end result for each of these people was a successful sale within a short amount of time. In both situations, Karen was knowledgeable and ensured that all steps to closing were seamless. Today, both of these seniors are living happily in their desired retirement communities.
